This may be a big call, but I'm pretty sure the omelettes at L'Atelier are the best I have tasted, ever. L'Atelier is a little French cafe on the southern side of Psaa Toul Tom Poung (the Russian Market). They serve lovely crepes, Croque Monsieur, Salads and a small selection of specials, listed on the blackboard.
I love the decor, especially the vintage prints.
The Boy and I don't even have to order when we come, the staff know we'll be having the 'usual', Raspberry & Pineapple Shakes, and a Farmer's Omelette.
I think this may just be my favourite smoothie in Phnom Penh.
The omelette is packed full of onion, bacon, potato, mushrooms, and loads of cheese. Plus it comes with a lovely warm bread roll with butter (if you ask for it), as well as salad and L'Atelier's yummy salad dressing.
If we have room after our omelettes, we squeeze in a delicious nutella crepe with vanilla ice cream.
The perfect place to re-fuel after hitting the market.
